Cancellation Policy

Please inform Zhenbao immediately if you wish to cancel your order – preferably by phone – and provide your order number. If the restaurant approves the cancellation of your order, no cancellation fee will be imposed. Once food preparation and/or delivery have commenced, orders cannot be cancelled. Orders that have already been shipped are non-refundable. Zhenbao may cancel an order/contract if a product becomes unavailable for any reason. In such cases, you will be notified, and any payment made will be refunded.

Delivery Policy

The delivery times provided at the time of ordering are approximate and may vary. Goods will be delivered to the address specified during the order. In cases of delayed delivery, shipping costs will not be refunded.

Upon making payment, you will receive a confirmation, which will also be sent to Zhenbao for order preparation. The maximum advance order period for online food orders is 10 days, aiding us in better order management.

Refund Policy

Generally, pickup orders are not refundable after pickup. If you intend to cancel your order, please call the restaurant prior to your scheduled pickup.

We do not provide refunds for changes of mind. However, in the case of a food item error or missing food item, contact us, and we will either provide a replacement or refund the same amount to your credit card. For unsatisfactory food due to our major error, please call us first. We require the return of the original container for investigation. We can offer a replacement or provide a refund to your credit card or store credit.
